I’m Carol Seaborne, a massage and movement therapist based in Rainham, Medway. I help people living with persistent pain, stiffness or reduced confidence in movement feel better, move more easily, and return to the things they enjoy.

I combine soft tissue therapy with strength training to improve mobility and rebuild strength in a safe, supportive way. Whether you need help with osteoarthritis, shoulder or back pain, or you simply want to feel more comfortable and capable in daily life, I can guide you at your pace.

How do I book an appointment

You can email me via the contact page, message me on What’s App on 07811 388339. Make sure you include your name, the reason for your enquiry and an email address.

Parking

There is plenty of free on road parking on Kenilworth Drive, which is next to my property. There are double yellow lines outside of my property.

Payment

Please pay via a bank transfer before your appointment. Bank details are provided in your appointment confirmation email.

How much do appointments cost

Initial consultation, individual massage or coaching appointments cost £60. Cost of packages are discussed provided on request.

What do I wear for a sports massage

Wear comfortable clothing. Clothing that allows you to stretch and move easily is best. Avoid tight and restrictive clothing like denim jeans. You can bring shorts and a T-shirt with you and change in clinic. Ladies please don’t wear crop tops or sports bras.

Can we work together online

Yes. I offer online Foundation Training and exercise programmes online.

What should I wear for exercise

Gym style clothing and trainers are best. You must be able to move easily. Bring a drink and a small towel too.

How much does it cost?

Each person’s experience of back pain is unique, so a programme is tailor-made to what you need as an individual and your goals, so the cost depends on your specific needs.
